The Lilly- Enchanting Downtown Studio

Honestly I understand the reviews. I was planning this trip on my own but was super nervous. The guide and communication from Shawn helped me through it! Now I get why people were sad to stay for a short time. I stayed for 3 night and still felt too short. Made the best choice to stay here, it was magical! Recommendations were 100% amazing and friendly town, can’t wait to come back. Will be staying here again

The cottage exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated, squeaky clean, and stocked full of amenities. Extra towels and linens, well stocked kitchen (everything you need!), and a super lux mattress to name a few. Host was super communicative and attentive. Location within walking distance of a yummy breakfast cafe (Bev’s) and the Great Outdoors Cafe was a great place for dinner. I can’t say enough about the layout of the cottage - comfortable and cozy and relaxing. We visit relatives in the area a few times a year and we pray that the cottage is free when we return - wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else!

I shudder to leave such a positive review because I want to be able to come back and not have it booked out! We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed studio apartment in downtown Fort White. The attention to detail was evident from the moment we walked in, with special touches like coffee, teas, and popcorn provided. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the area and relaxing after a day of diving at the springs. The reasonable pricing was an added bonus. Oh my goodness, this home is beautiful! My husband and I were down for a softball tournament. We were 15mins from the field. We checked in after midnight. I was tired and stressed out and when I walked into the Airbnb it was relaxing. Smelled wonderful even had soothing music playing. This is definitely my go to when we play in Newberry Fl.

This was my second stay. I was so impressed with my first stay that I booked it again. Accommodations are great and I had everything that I needed. I’ll be back!

We were in town for one night to ride 75 miles locally on our bicycles. Day one was only 32 miles but I slept like a baby in the comfy king bed and that awesome shower washed off all those sandy roads off of us! Thanks again, I will definitely return!

This is one of the very nicest places I’ve stayed. The kitchen and bath were both well appointed and spotlessly clean. Music was playing when I entered this beautiful place creating such a welcoming environment. I’ll stay here again.

Loved the Lilly! Shawn was very welcoming and attentive with offers to accommodate, but we needed nothing, as it was beautifully appointed, relaxed, spotless, and absolutely charming. It's part of a triplex, but with separated front garden porches that felt very private. We had everything we needed and more. Check in was a breeze. Excellent location with easy walk to downtown restaurants/shopping and near fresh water springs with a great dive shop just a couple blocks away. The only complaint is that we didn't have more time to stay and enjoy it. Thank you, Shawn!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lilly. The suite was well put together. It was so much homier than staying in a hotel without being overpriced with extra fees. Though we didn’t cook anything, the kitchen really was well stocked with clean pans and every utensil you could probably think of. This place was definitely not a “we can make this work” kinda place. It was thoughtfully designed and supplied—including soft blankets and towels, comfortable pillows and chairs, as well as adequate and convenient lighting. It felt like staying at a best friend’s or sibling’s place! Shawn was also a great host. Not only did he communicate in a timely manner and have a great place for us stay, but he also told us exactly when our suite was ready, recommended a local event on the day of our arrival, and checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything after we arrived! “Super host” is definitely a well deserved title!
