House Rules

The city of Key West mandates that we cannot advertise or accept more than one rental in any given month. That being said, we CAN consider shorter rentals but keep in mind that we will not be able to rent the property out again within that same month, so our price will need to reflect that. I hope that helps explain our situation and the reason our property is listed as a monthly rental. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to make a booking. Heated pool - The total electric bill allowance is $600. The guest is responsible for any additional incurred cost to the electric bill. Basic cable is provided. The guest is responsible for any additional cable purchases. *The pool is not fenced in or alarmed. Children are welcome as long as the adults understand this and take full responsibility. *pets may be allowed- please talk with owner Quiet time after 10:00 PM Please

Studio Blu was a beautiful room with everything you need. We loved the bikes and used them to get around town as well as Uber for dinner. Duval street and many restaurants were just a $9 uber ride away. Southernmost point and Smathers beach were very close on bikes. Plenty of towels and everything you need. We felt the apartment was quiet and easy to catch up on some ZzzZ. Thanks Shawn and Adele!

Shawn’s place is beautiful! It is exactly as it appears in the photos. The skylight is a great bonus! The bikes are also a great amenity, we didn’t drive our car the entire weekend. It is the perfect space for an island getaway!

Shawn was great and his place is just as great, this place is close to all of the best brunch and dinner restaurants, the bikes were a nice touch and got me anywhere I wanted and didn’t have to worry about parking. Amazing place.

Way nice and extremely clean! Close to everything and the bikes were a great addition. We biked everywhere!! Exactly like the photos posted. Shawn even had umbrellas in the closet for us to use for the occasional light shower!
