This Charming 126-year-old cottage is a historic home in High Springs. She is nestled into a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities you and your family will need for a fun and easy vacation in this quaint and fun little town. The main bedroom has a queen bed and opens into the dining area and the large bathroom. The second bedroom has a single and a double bed and opens to the living room, which has a sectional, two comfy chairs, and a 55"- SmartTV. The very private, fully fenced-in backyard features an outdoor living area with comfy furniture, a gas fireplace, a BBQ grill, and dining for 5. The beautifully landscaped yard also boasts a two-hole putting green and is the perfect place for your four-legged family member to have some unsupervised space to explore. You can stroll into town to visit the farmers market, antique shops, restaurants, and brewery. Then, you can relax in the beautiful backyard or screened-in porch and play a board game with your kids. We loved our stay at the cottage. The home was warm and inviting- heaters were on upon arrival since it was chilly outside. Our kids LOVED the back yard. It’s definitely better than the pictures. We loved the fire pit for the cold nights. The home is right near town which has everything you need. We loved Prohibition Pizza and Colsie coffee shop. We did one day at Ginnie Springs and one at Itchetucknee Springs State Park. Highly recommend coming off-season and staying here- the parks were quiet but so enjoyable! In addition to Shawn being quick to respond he was also very understanding when our dog damaged a blind in the home. We truly appreciated his consideration and professional way of handling the situation. We would definitely visit again.

Shawn was a wonderful host. We appreciated his love for the area and sharing of recommendations for the family. We will definitely be back to the area when it warms up! Our family truly enjoyed the cottage and the High Springs area. My boys really enjoyed the putting green and outdoor area. The backyard area is nicely done with a fire pit and string lights for a nice vibe at night. Thank you for an amazing stay and for checking in with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in High Springs. It was absolutely perfect for what we wanted — just a couple of days to explore the area and enjoy some quiet time. The space was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A lovely little place that made our trip really relaxing. Would happily stay again.
