We do not provide childproofing, so please supervise young children and infants at all times. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times. • We kindly ask that you take care of the property as if it were your own. Gainesville (university, hospitals, and larger retail) is roughly 25–35 minutes to the southeast.

Guests have private access to the entire cottage and property, including all three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining areas, a washer and dryer, outdoor seating, a large backyard, and private off-street parking. Parking and the guest entrance are located at the back of the property.

I loved all the bedrooms they are very beautiful. The host was very helpful with every request, and i will definently be booking again! 10/10 stay! The only downside is the noise from the road directly outside the house, and there is a fly problem i noticed. Besides those two things it was absolutely amazing.

This vacation home was absolutely wonderful! The space was beautifully designed and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel both stylish and inviting from the moment we walked in. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the home had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the living areas were spacious, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the little details that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It made getting around so easy and added to the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful place in a great location!
