Shawn's place is amazing! Even better than the pictures. We had everything we needed or wanted. We loved the coffee/tea station and the full and fully furnished kitchen. All the little extra touches made it feel like home! One of my favorite Airbnb stays.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay at The Poe! It’s a beautiful little studio with everything you might need to enjoy a short vacation by the springs. The place was super clean, the bed super comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the walk in closet to store our stuff. Shawn was very responsive and attentive during our stay, providing us with beach chairs and towels upon request. The location of the property is perfect! We visited Ginnie Springs and Gilchrist Springs during our stay and both were less than 15 mins away. We recommend Bev’s Burger Cafe for a home cooked breakfast and lunch and El Patio for dinner if you are into Mexican cuisine (It is walking distance from the property). Whenever we visit the springs again we will definitely be coming back to The Poe!

The fit, finish and comfort of this property is second to none! As a Superhost myself, this is best done AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location is great as well…easy to get to with ample parking and a short walk to downtown. You won’t be disappointed!

Shawn’s place was great for our visit to High Springs. Restaurants and downtown were within walking distance. Gilchrist Blue Spring was a short drive away. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and AC was quiet and cold. Would stay here again.

Shawn and Adele were wonderful hosts, they reached out to us leading up to our stay with updates and to open up a "ask us anything" line of communication. We were updated with a local farmers market that was happening the evening of our check-in, and the elegantly named Poe was fully stocked with everything a guest could need or want. I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to visit The Poe!

The Poe is an Absolute Gem! It truly was a stunning place to call home for our visit to High Springs. The decor and attention to detail created such an inviting stylish space. It was spotlessly clean and had a brand new, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. The location is great, just a very short walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. Also, Shawn and Adele were lovely hosts, super friendly and helpful with any questions and recommendations. Definitely 5 Stars for The Poe Downtown Studio!

Shawn provided excellent service and recommendations. The local guidebook alone created many memories from exciting places we found, especially the botanical gardens at Cedar Lakes Woods and Gardens. The Itchetucknee River is also an absolute must, with its crystal clear waters and wild life teeming about. We wouldn’t have found either of these gems without Shawn’s suggestions in the guidebook. The Poe rental was an amazing experience where my fiancée and I felt right at home, and we even found some ideas to decorate our own place with. We will be exclusively staying here anytime we’re visiting High Springs. 10/10

We had a great stay at the Poe! The space was perfect for a little getaway and the area had some nice restaurants and a cool brewery. We will definitely be back to finish exploring the area!
