The Poe is part of The Spring Suites property, but the studio itself is completely private, with its own entrance and no shared interior spaces. Step outside and you’re just a short walk from local restaurants, breweries, cafés, shops, and downtown events, with the springs and Santa Fe River only a short drive away.

House Rules

A dog or possibly two dogs could be allowed but only after written consent from the property owner. Dogs must be under 30'lbs, house trained, are not allowed on the bed or furniture, and cannot be left alone in the studio. A pet fee of $50 per dog will be applied.

Resplendent with charm, very tastefully decorated by someone with a very keen eye. I’d live here in perpetuity, if I could. Guest hosts were offsite, but appropriately attentive, communicated well prior to checkin, addressed perceived problem with managing keyless door lock. Located just off 441, but no road noise. Very quiet adjoining neighbors.

The Poe was a perfect place to spend a few days in the High springs area. Spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully curated with all the amenities to make one’s stay convenient. Nothing.

The Poe is a lovely property that had everything we needed. As soon as you pull up, it is welcoming, with seats under a porch. When you unlock the door, you are welcomed into a calming space that includes everything you need, including a kettle, as my wife doesn't drink coffee. We got groceries in and cooked, as you have everything there, but it is also close to town, so you can eat out if you are early enough - places seem to either close early / not open at the start of the week. Whilst we didn't meet Shawn and Adele, they were very attentive and kept us fully up to date on check-in and gave us contacts if there were any issues - there were none. Would have liked to stay longer, as close to a number of state parks and springs, but only stayed the night.

This studio is absolutely adorable!! So clean. Very affordable and the owners were just a text away with any questions we had!!! I will definitely book with them again!!! Zero complaints. IF any suggestions were made it would be to have an air fryer? But when i say the kitchen is gorgeous with everything else i mean it!!! Little fridge, a wine fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker etc!!

The property is beautiful. It is nicely landscaped and the porch area is very nice. The inside of the Poe is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. There is nothing that we didn’t like.

High quality, cute and cozy interior. It's very easy to feel comfortable here. Shawn was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay when I needed something. The matress is rather soft. Many little details add to the already perfect stay - thick bath towels, well-chosen soft cotton kitchen towels and solid wood shelves, to name a few.

The Poe is an Absolute Gem! It truly was a stunning place to call home for our visit to High Springs. The decor and attention to detail created such an inviting stylish space. It was spotlessly clean and had a brand new, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. The location is great, just a very short walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. Also, Shawn and Adele were lovely hosts, super friendly and helpful with any questions and recommendations. Definitely 5 Stars for The Poe Downtown Studio!
