A great place to stay. The place was exactly like we saw in the pictures and even better in person! We stayed two nights and we came to visit the springs. We went to Ginnie and Poe springs.

Everything about this property is well thought out and constructed! A perfect place to stay if you’re coming into town for a GUE scuba course. A stones throw away from Extreme Exposure this unit had everything I needed to prepare all my own foods and relax comfortably before and after each day. Will definitely stay here again for future GUE courses!

This Airbnb was our absolute favorite of all time and we have stayed in so many over the years for travel soccer. The Poe and Lilly were tastefully and beautifully decorated with so much though on every detail. The units were spotless and had everything we needed! We also loved that proximity to the High Springs Historic District which was so close and walkable. I would rate this a 10 out 10 if I could! We loved these units so much and will be back for another wonderful stay.

Very responsive host Easy to find, easy to get it. Parking in the front is a real bonus Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, nice kitchen, set up, everything you need Walking distance to town I can’t rate it highly enough

This was a great stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything we wanted to do was in short walking distance. It is in a great location. Loved having the bikes available! We had a great time!

This was a perfect Airbnb! Everything was as described - very comfortable and cozy. Walkable to the restaurants downtown. I loved the private porch and the extremely comfortable bed. I wish I could've stayed longer!

We loved our stay at the cottage. The home was warm and inviting- heaters were on upon arrival since it was chilly outside. Our kids LOVED the back yard. It’s definitely better than the pictures. We loved the fire pit for the cold nights. The home is right near town which has everything you need. We loved Prohibition Pizza and Colsie coffee shop. We did one day at Ginnie Springs and one at Itchetucknee Springs State Park. Highly recommend coming off-season and staying here- the parks were quiet but so enjoyable! In addition to Shawn being quick to respond he was also very understanding when our dog damaged a blind in the home. We truly appreciated his consideration and professional way of handling the situation. We would definitely visit again.

Super location - walking distance to several lovely restaurants and antique shops It’s just off the main road coming into High Springs so you can hear cars driving in and out of town.

Such a beautiful and cozy little apartment! I rented it for my daughter and son-in-law during the week of their wedding. It was the perfect retreat/quiet space they needed during the week of family festivities. It’s close to all the cute shops and restaurants of downtown High Springs but secluded enough to feel like a garden get away when sitting on the front patio. I’d definitely recommend this apartment and stay here again! Shawn was so responsive and helpful-great host!

Great location. Great place. For a couple, it is perfect. For a couple with a toddler, it is a bit cramped as it is basically a garage converted into a cozy getaway. Just FYI: It does not have a dishwasher, a washer,or a dryer (not a big deal as a laundry mat is a few feets away). Host is a great communicator and you will enjoy Key West to its fullest from this place.
